Online gaming solution developer RAW iGaming has bought the Green Jade Games portfolio of arcade-style games for an undisclosed sum.
The news comes after Green Jade announced its closure due to failing to find a “hit” that would ensure its fortune. The deal covers Green Jade’s arcade games, which include Candy Prize Big, Galaxy Wing and the popular Jade Puzzle.
“RAW, similar to Green Jade Games, is interested and invested in delivering new gaming experiences for players and challenging the existing commodity of games,” Green Jade CEO Ben McDonagh remarks. “We are happy that these phenomenal Green Jade Games have found the perfect home and we wish RAW the very best of luck in their quest.”
Who is RAW iGaming?
RAW iGaming is a recently established game studio, having been formed by a group of industry experts in March 2021. It has offices in Spain and Malta, and claims to develop games that “combat industry monotony and bring new ideas and gameplay to the market.”
While young, RAW is not a stranger to acquisitions – the company bought games and aggregation platform Leander Games back in April 2022, before purchasing the Spigo portfolio from Lady Luck Games on November 2022.
