LeoVegas names a new head of live casino – Ieva Krasovska, who gets the promotion after over 4 years with the operator.
Krasovska joined Leovegas in 2018, where she started as a senior payments agent. Following that, she took over other roles, including live casino coordinator, senior live casino coordinator and junior live casino manager.
Now as live casino head, she’ll be in charge of developing the growth strategy of the company’s casino brands, as well as building and retaining relationships with live casino game providers.
A Long Career in Online Casino
Before her joining LeoVegas, Krasovska worked as a senior fraud and payments specialist at yourbet.com for 11 months, before a 5-year stint at Evolution. There she worked as a risk manager, shift manager and game presenter.
The new head of live casino will remain in Malta, where LeoVegas currently has hundreds of staff. The company offers online casino, live casino and sports betting through 10 brands in 9 jurisdictions, including the UK.
For the curious, LeoVegas is actually owned by MGM Resorts International. The global entertainment giant acquired the online casino in September 2022 for SEK61.00 per share – which comes to no less than £521.1 million for a total of 63,047,289 shares!
