March Deadline for In Touch Withdrawals

Operator In Touch Games announces a March deadline for withdrawals from its online casinos, following the suspension of its licences by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

This means British customers with In Touch casino accounts have until the 6th of March 2024 to withdraw their funds.

In Touch casinos include mFortune and PocketWin, as well as the likes of Cashmo, Dr Slot, and Mr Spin, among others. The operator held a total of three licences, which covered online casino, bingo, and, gambling software.

The customers of these casinos have been contacted to log in and manually withdraw their remaining funds, but they cannot deposit more funds or access the games on any of the sites. In Touch adds that they can contact customer support in case of difficulties, such as expired payment methods.

In Touch Suspension Follows £6.1 Million Fine

The UKGC suspended In Touch Games’ operator licences earlier in September. The suspension was effective immediately, as the Commission deemed the operator “unsuitable” to carry out licenced activities.

Issues flagged by the UKGC include conditions concerning money laundering, fair and transparent terms and conditions, and reporting key events. The suspension remains in place until the UKGC finishes its review of In Touch and its activities.

Back in January 2023, the Commission had fined In Touch to the tune of £6.1 million. This was due to a series of social responsibility and anti-money laundering (AML) failures, which followed the operator’s failure in a March 2022 compliance assessment.

In addition, the Betting and Gaming Council (BGC) suspended In Touch as a member following the confirmation of the licence suspension.
